I ran a 10.38 I only had 3 passes on the bike that day I could of done better with a few more passes. I weigh 200 lbs in gear. My bike has the buell race pipe, air shifter, race ecm, and cr gearing. Prior to air shifter and cr gearing I was running 10.50 134mph. So i only got 3 passes with the air shifter and cr gearing. I just had a custom 12" over swing arm made so im hoping to get in the 9's.

Looks Really good!!!!! Think I saw you out at greatlakes last season. I am usually stunting my supermoto out there, but just added a 09 CR to the fleet. Hopefully the track will be there still next year! I could use some drag racing tips. |

nice pass, mike. you got a couple nice action shots as well. why do you think it's down 3 mph from before? maybe because of the different gearing? are you going thru the traps in 5th now? btw, how the fox body run? looks nice. mini-tubbed? |

Yeah im sure that was me at great lakes dragway. I lost mph with the gearing but picked up 60' time. Pulls hard with the cr gearing. Thats a 93 fox body mustang has a 434 ci small block naturally aspirated 814 hp. Best time 9.60 143mph |

Im using a cr belt cr rear sprocket with the stock 1125r swingarm. I had a cnc pully tensioner made. If you look in the second pic you can the new tensioner its aluminum. I've had no problems leaning into the windscreen maybe your taller im 5'8. |

What was so different about your pulley that was made Diameter? I saw a bike on eBay for sale recently and it has the sprocket and belt he said the idler pulley on the r worked fine? What problems did you encounter if any with the Cr gear change. Did you find a speed healer or something To fix the speedometer too. |

I had to make the diameter bigger on the pulley. There is no way you can run the stock pulley. The belt is so loose with the stock pulley. As far as the speedo I changed the values in the buell race ecm to fix the difference with the gearing. If you dont have a race ecm you will need a speed healer. |

So you used the stock bracket just made a different pulley. How much did you increase the size of the pulley. Sorry for asking so many questions. I would really like the Cr gearing on my r. |

If you look at the pic with the bike on the trailer above. You can clearly see the pulley. Look behind the shifter you cant miss it. Round aluminum pulley with machines holes in it. |

Yes I used the stock bracket. Id have to double check I believe it was 5/8 bigger. We cnc digitized the stock pulley so its an exact fit. There is a baring in your stock pulley with a wire lock. We made the new pulley accept the stock baring. So all I had to do was install the stock baring in the new pulley. Just bolt the new pulley on the stock bracket and your really to roll. Works great!! |
