So, in the January issue of Motorcyclist, they picked the 1125CR as the "smart money" pick. In the article, they also claim to have heard about deals on new XB's for 5K. Is this just a myth? If I could find an XB12R or Ss for that, I'd go for it - but I haven't been able to find any close to that in the northeast dealers I've contacted... Not to say the deals that are out there are bad - but I did buy a CR a couple months ago already and could really only make a move on an XB deal now that's too good to pass up... These Buell things are addictive. I will own an XB, it's just a question of when. |

There are links in threads on this site. Theres a list of bikes still for sale and where they are located. Look for threads to that effect - Find your Buell etc. Or google it, but they're out there. Maybe someone will post the link. Good hunting! I wish I had the cash, cause prices are crazy low. |

Yeah, I've been using the "find a bike" on buell.com to locate the dealers with the bikes. So far the cheapest I've found is ~ $6900 for a new XB12Ss. Not bad, but not cheap enough for me to move given the current financial constraints imposed from the CR purchase. |

Quite a few Buells down at Thunder Tower HD in Columbia SC. No 5K specials but still great deals. |

Fire sale pricing is hard to come by now and even then, the 1125s' seemed to go cheaper then the XBs'. |

Fire sale pricing is hard to come by now and even then, the 1125s' seemed to go cheaper then the XBs'. Well, from what I know about it - HD has a $5K incentive on the 1125's, but $3K on XB12's and $2K on XB9's. So that would explain it. My 1125CR was $6k. |

Swamp, Where have you looked? I am about to start searching for a new xb9 soon and will be looking in the northeast first. |
