Was thinking of throwing a heater in the shead for the sake of hearing it run. Yeah, it could freeze if there were any moisture in there. I've had hub casettes freeze on my bikes so the cranks just spin...and there wasn't any water on em... On some tubers(maybe only the FI ones)they're proned to breaking the throttle shafts.A search in the "KV" can offer further info on that. (instead of my wifes' 250) there's plenty left to do...but i have till april 23rd to get everything finished. what happens then, you ask? penguin racing school followed by the first weekend of the 2010 lrrs. ftw.
