I put my 1125r in my shed which isnt heated about two weeks ago (I live in new england) and its very cold. I went to go start up the bike and it wont start. It tries to but wont. What should i do to get it started and what should i do to the bike to keep it safe in the winter?

I'd get some Starting Fluid (basically ether) sold at auto parts stores and spray that into the air inlet before trying to start it.

Put it on a Battery Tender to keep your battery from freezing and at full charge for when you want to crank it into life.

I have always been under the impression that starting fluid is very hard on an engine.
And why would you want to start your bike in New England right now. Unless my geography is really bad, I think you should have snow on the ground.
You should have changed the oil already. If you are trying to start to warm it up to change the oil, I'd say just leave the dirty oil in for this year and promise to do better next winter. Put fuel stabilizer in the gas tank. Disconnect the battery and charge it occasionally.
