Yes. I did it but there is now a new mod. Here are mine. There is another option which I wish I would have found. Now that I have I will probably get a polished swingarm and change to that option this winter. www.streetfightersinc.com. 2nd pic..

i am not sure what is going on there,on the page from the link it says the rear stand adapter is held in position by the adjuster screw "HOW" ???it says the tire(wheel) can be removed without a problem OK so what about belt adjustment ? |

From the pic it looks as though there is a tab made into the adjuster itself. What if that adjuster was solid and where the bottom hollow spot is, that could be drilled and tapped. Then just add spool of your choice. If that's not the way it is, dibs on the patent and any and all related copyrights etc. etc. |

You can see mine in my profile picture. Just drill and tap it. I wouldn't use those chain adjuster blocks because as soon as you remove your axle, you will have no support. It kind of makes them useless. |

Why not use the type of lift that goes under the swing arm? |

Just throwing this into an old thread, since info was very limited when I searched for it. I did the same as Eboos and Dreadnaught. Drilled straight into the swingarm(make sure you drill below the axle adjuster, and that the left spool isn't in the way of the sidestand when it swings up), tapped it, and screwed them in. The spot is about an inch thick of solid aluminum so I don't picture there being any problems, considering I never had any problems with the 6mm rivnuts I had on my old steel swingarm.
