You would need to buy a new ECM and new gauge cluster. The ECM gets programmed by the dealer, they can put whatever you want on it, then after a while of being connected to the ECM the gauge cluster will download the odometer reading. Easier alternative: Find someone with an 1125 over 7500 miles and borrow their cluster for the day. You may run into an issue with the security system. |

I'm in Washington state. Have the bike shipped to me and I'll send it down when it has however many miles you require. |

Get the service manual. I have a feeling that you could make a square wave generator and feed it to the correct pin and let it run for a while and you would be able to artificially increase the mileage. The frequencies for the XB (at least my 03 9R) are: 20mph 461hz 40mph 923hz 60mph 1365hz 80mph 1847hz Take it up above 2000 hertz and let it run for a while to see if the odometer is counting, if it is leave it going for a while. Probably a 0 to 5 volts signal but might be a 0 to 12 volt signal so get your meter out and check the signal off the speed sensor. |
