Good luck on that Multi! I'm still jonesing for a Hypermotard S. I test rode one, and i fell in love with it. It makes you want to wheelie it away from every stoplight. |

Nice track vid Mike! I really enjoyed that. Your closing speed on some of the riders was frightening. |

Thanks Blake and Shoredairy. Not bad for a 42 year old, eh? BTW, the only guy to pass me was Cecil. He was on the Black and Neon Orange Gixxer 750. He's an instructor for Team Pro Motion, and he's got a $hitload of seat time. My goal is to spank his asss, which, if given equal time on the track, i would. That was only my third session around when that vid was taken. It's mad fun. |

06 Multistrada.Did a track day in Texas and the instructor said,"That thing has a lot of torque.I had to red line my gixxer 1000 to catch back up with you out of the corners."I routinely spanked a RC51 but that guy wasn't very fast.My only problem is the only dealer in Arkansas is in Little Rock.Love the bike but will probably spend all of my time messin' with the 1125R for a while.Much better for shredding pavement and I like learning a new bike.I am also looking forward to some track days on this bike.It has to be faster than the Multi(which I love) |

I kinda had a hankering for a Monster S4RS a while back but ended up buying an SV1000S instead. They're not quite in the same category, obviously, but considering that the SV was about half the price of the Duc (used), I was able to buy the SV without having to sell multiple bikes. I really like the looks of the Ducati full-on sportbikes (especially the 848/1098/1198) but they are a little too aggressive ergonomically for my preference. |
