I talked to Bruce at Digital Guard Dog about getting a discount on one of these and he said he would extend the offer to other Buell riders if you place an order today until they close. 4:30 PST. This doesn't give you much time but hey. I am purchasing this since I want to utilize the CR handle bars on a 1125R bike. I basically won't need the ignition switch nor the special upper triple clamp once I get this. Today only for the next few hours while they are open: Normally retail is $399. and shipping is $10. Many folks also get an extra Dawg Tag just in case they ever lose the original. They retail for $69. Here’s what I got Ok’d to do today if you want: 1 DGD-KIM $399. 1 Extra Tag $ 69 Shipping $ 10 Total $478. Badwebber Special $369 Give him a call and place your order: Bruce McKinley Digital Guard Dawg Inc. 705 East Bidwell St. Suite 2-325 I Folsom, CA I 95630 916-837-1417 Cell 916-337-1040 Office bruce@digitalguarddawg.com www.digitalguarddawg.com |

Cool system, nice deal. Where are the relays on a 1125? If they're up front like the 'bolt, how do you plan to connect to the battery? |

I could really use a keyless entry for my bike. I lock my keys out of it while I'm stuck in it all the time. |

Buell On-Star. "Hello, Buell On-Star, How can we help you?" (running engine sound) "Umm, yeah, I kinda locked my keys in the ignition. I took my new bike for a ride and now they're jammed in there and won't pull out." "Is the motorcycle running?" "Yeah, so?" "You cannot remove the key from a running Buell sir. Please use the kill switch to stop the engine" "There ain't any damn switch says kill on it!!! You guys forgot the kill switch. What kinda crap did you sell me?" "The red switch on the housing next to your throttle sir. Push it." "Ok, I am. Damn thing ain't stopping." "It's a toggle switch sir, it has two directions. Push the other side of it down." (engine heard stopping, now a quiet line) "Ok little miss smarty pants, engine is off but the key still won't come out." "Is the sidestand down?" "No, why?" "Just following procedure sir. Your are wanting to walk away from the machine now aren't you?" "Yeah?" "Well you will have to rest the motorcycle on the kickstand. Use your left foot to deploy the stand." "How can I do that? My left foot is holding me up?" "Put you right foot on the ground too sir, then use it to hold yourself up while lifting your left foot. Push downward on the kickstand. That black metal stick attached to your bike." (a few seconds of fumbling and groaning) "Ok it's down" "Now, put you left foot back on the ground and slowly lean the bike onto the stand." "Ok, it's down. Man I thought American bikes would be better. I had a jap bike and the damn thing only lasted a day. I got it home and a buddy helped me relocate the license plate. I held the bike while he drilled the holes. That jap-crap wouldn't run ever again after that. That's when I bought your cycle." (knowing full well the quality customer she had on the line Ms service operator knew what steps needed taken for safety) "Now sir, to fully complete parking and key removal you now need to rotate the key to the lock position." "Ah now it's out. Thanks. Now to just push it.... HEY, Now this damn thing only turns in a circle! How the hell am I supposed to get it in the garage?" (yelling and screaming like Yosemite Sam) "That does it. This thing is gone. I'm putting a for sale sign on it." "Whatever you think is best sir." "I got a buddy that's a chrome consultant. Maybe he can get me an Electra Glide? OOooo chrome and cup holders and a radio so riding isn't so boring. That's the ticket!" "Good luck with you next purchase sir and have a good day." |

There was someone trying to get a group buy going for these a few months back in the Uly section. If I saw this sooner and had the cash, I would of been in for 3 or 4 of them. I hate keys, I got almost a dozen of these blue Buell keys, and I haven't gotten around to labeling them to figure out what machine they belong too. |
