besides from the side fairings that buell makes (seeing they wont be around for long and there is no belly pan) what are all the other companys that make/sell them? i checked american sportbike but all they show is buells version and for 500bucks.. thanks chris |

Here is the one I'm using Chris, as seen in my profile: "www.catalystracingcomposites.com" It is a one piece with a belly pan but was made to go racing. No brackets are supplied and you have to cut out a little for the kickstand but should pose no problem for a machinist like yourself. Also needs painting. I got mine from Glendale HD/Buell, but other Buell shops sell them. About $230 plus shipping. I am well satisfied with mine and use Dzus fastners for quick removal to do service. That catalyst composite kit looks pretty good. What is the price for the full bodywork kit? I can't open up the prices. |

bring this back up the dealers iv talked to sem just bout helpless when it comes to this stuff and ordering anything... the whole catalyst kit looks good but i DONT like just the lowers like i have seen other people use and i was told the whole thing lowers and uppers was about a grand (someone correct me if im wrong) i think i might get the buell one and seeing im SOMEWHAT handy with fiberglass try to mke my own belly pan.. it would be nice if i had somekind of belly pan to start with but i dont have money to spend on something right now that might not work. anyone try this before? |
