I didn't have a chance to post here earlier today before I left but I went to the Bettencourt's motorcycle auction today. Dave, the owner of Bettencourt's Honda/Suzuki in Bridgewater, sold one of his collection of motorcycles. I believe 240 in all, everything from the 40's to the 80's. They had Doug Henry's bike that he raced with in 2007 before his accident. Crazy amount of bikes from Laverda's to Motoguzzi's to little Honda Z50.
I ended up getting a absolutely mint 83 CR 60R. Looks like it just came off the showroom floor, still has the titties on the front tire. My buddy grabbed a mint 85 Honda 350X three wheeler. I'll post pics of the CR later.
They had 2 matching 87 CR's there, 1 250R and 1 500R. There wasn't even a hint of a scratch on the gold rims on either bike. I could go on and on with the bikes they had there. |

lol I knew it was coming. I got a call last minute to go, didn't even know about it till this morning. A buddy of mine called me and asked if I wanted to go with him. It started at 11am, I would have posted but it was so last minute I forgot my phone.
I guess it was on this news.  |

This thing is so clean it is't even funny. I paid waaaaay too much for it but what the hell, it's only money right?
Got it for 800 bucks, probably about 300 too much. |

The little one already has a bike with training wheels, a Suzuki JR50. Also have the XR100 for her.
Need to find a 4 wheeler for me though. |
