Just replaced my Intake manifold seals. Not a tough job by any means but it could have been without that bent wrench from American Sport Bike. I'm glad I decided to buy that. One of my bolts was crossed. I remembered it was not flush when I bought the bike which is why I wanted to replace the seals. Besides they were old. I can see how the Previous Mechanic crossed it because that curved manifold tends to push sideways on the bolts if everything is not lined up just perfect. I had to chase the thread with a 5/16" X 18 tap. It was a tense moment at first but it tapped clean. |

Those intake seals PN 26995-86B are good for two years, if you have a fan they are good for 4 years ... |
