Did you know the Earl of Sandwich rode a Buell? He did, he really did. Or maybe it was a Buell ancestor that was in his local army. I always get war and food confused. |

Roc, Hell, there's no way would I'd go there unless it was to kill someone (probably small children or women). Plus they wouldn't have to pay me near as much as Bechtel. -JW:> |

Humm, another weird story, my daughter landed a job last year on the USS Abraham Lincoln along with her friend (shown on the left) as a civilian fitness director. My daughter left the ship in Australia a few months ago. A few minutes ago I got this photo from her girl friend, pretty cool! -JW:> |

Dyna,,,Kevyn,,,I'm with you,,,But I have hated the french since they decided to belly up to the germans and my Dad had to fight the f'n french AND germans in N. Africa. And its not their government as much as the populace. Chirac was appealing to the people (if you want to call them that) to be rational and then they desecrate a WW1 cemetary writing that the trash buried there fouls their country. They shouldnt even have one now if it wasnt for us.So yeah,,,I got some probs with the french....let them burn next time,,,,Jop |

I have been to Paris, and I'll never go there again. Maybe it was because I was a G.I. but the attitude towards anyone American was just sickening. The clubs with signs outside that read "No Americans", crap like that. Not to mention the gut wrenching foul odor, and general filth that was everywhere. I wouldn't send anyone there. Now Holland was the best, one of these days I will move there. Ben |

Maybe?? I doubt you could get a snell rating on it tho. I wonder if that thing is made for over a helmet?? Doesnt look big enough tho. But it does have some funky snaps on the front for a visor. |

$500!?? Screw that. If you like that look just grow some dreads and stay out in the sun 'till your skin gets rough, dark, and leathery. |

I don't know, but why did he retro fit a front engine mount with the aircleaner support onto an X1? And is that an image in the background or did he mount a copper canister for his front brake Reservoir? Hmm and a custom throttle setup? And what's the aluminum arm sticking out of the wind screen? detector mount? Hmm. Same site? similar mods. (Message edited by josh_ on May 04, 2003) |

Thats a Rizoma air cleaner..looks like he polished it. They run close to $300. They have a whole line of high priced stuff for Buells..grips, mirrors, pulleys, etc.

I saw something yesterday that made me smile. I had just crossed the Ohio river into Kentucky on I64. There is a huge electronic sign board that the interstate goes under. It read: "SHARE THE ROAD, WATCH FOR MOTORCYCLES". |
