Hello All, sorry we've been absent here on BadWeb for quite some time! Been really busy making bread and butter stuff... Haven't really had a chance to play with motorcycle stuff until now! We recently built a prototype gp shift (reverse shift kit). We should have these available with in a couple of weeks. All units will be Black Anodized for now and finished with Stainless Steel hardware. Pricing should be around $200. Here is a jpeg of what the unit will look like. Good to see parts new parts coming out! I order one from buell racing about a month ago with my swing arm kit, kit came in, luckly, but the shifter never did, got a call yesterday and said all the race parts are boxed up... | ||

kinda a dumb question but what are the benifits of having reverse shifting? | ||

It is easier to shift, especially if you are in a situation where you may be hanging off the bike. | ||

easier to upshift when leaning left for sure. easier to push down instead of lifting up in most cases while racing. usually downshifting before entering turns and upshifting while leaned over and leaving turns. tim | ||

This is great these things are available. Andy, can you keep us updated when the black anodized ones become available. Just spoke with Andy - all of the shifters are black. The website just hasn't been updated b/c the parts aren't back from the anodizer yet. | ||

He told me all of the kits will be black unless you specify something else. Andy told the price for the black kit and when it was updated on the website, I ordered a set. Hopefully I will get it next week  | ||
