The belt/pulley combo wear in together and quit crackling so much after a bit. | ||

I have yet to hear either of my Buells have a belt whine ! I would say it's not normal ! | ||

I got two 1125's, two XB's, and a Blast. It's normal, but louder on the 1125's. | ||

My 09 Uly does it. You can hear it on this video. My old tube frame doesn't though, I think it's because of the idler pulley. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44VB0FDaqhw | ||

It's normal, but leaves after a while as Dugger posted. | ||

Get to about 30mph, pop it in neutral, cut the engine and coast. | ||

My tuber (S2) doesn't do it, but the 1125 does. It's lessened some with miles, or maybe I'm just used to it. I'm not sweating it. | ||
