Putting every thing back together on my 1125cr.I cant seem to get ride of the throttle sticking when you turn to full left steering lock.I have run cables exactly as the old ones were.I have adjuster per every thing I've read about in other threads.Need cable routing tips or photos of cable routing/adjustments. Thanks | ||

NO just lock left,it frees up when u turn it to the right an inch. | ||

mine too...but i'm just gonna leave it that way since it caused no issues while i was riding the other day. also, i'm a lazy POS | ||

There have been some tips posted like moving the locking bolts on the cables to the other side of throttle bracket or slightly bending bracket until throttle snaps shut at left lock. | ||

Mine had the sticky throttle when my bars were turned to the left also, I installed the bars about a week ago, checked it last night, and, the sticky throttle was gone. So, just after running it a bit, it went away. | ||

Here is a bit of info I have installed Throttlemiester bar ends on my other three buells but when I tried to install them on my 1125CR with the hi bars i discovered that inside diameter after 3/4 " they are much smaller id of the handle bars and would not allow that to happen.Soooo after careful measuremnts i found that if I where to use a 47/64 drill i could make it work and i did looks and worked great  | ||

the problem is the cable routing follow the wire harness all the way up use about 4 zip ties. set zip ties loosely and put bike at full lock left. then start twisting the throttle as you pull the cables tighter it will end up loosely following the harness all the way up. it's the only way i found after tinkering on it for about 12 hours routing and rerouting . | ||

the sticky throttle is the cable pinching between the bottom tree,forktube,and frame. |
