i am getting a 1125r and want to put a tail off a xb s and the dual headlights off a lightning. has anyone done this? i love the lightnings but it never had enuff power so i think this would be the answer. to buy the 1125r and make it into a lightning. let me know what you think. thanks shawn | ||

that looks like a ss tail .looks good. i would like to find a cr headlight but have not had any luck, other than buying a new one. | ||

I like that black one. The tail section graft is seamless and looks factory. The red on the black really pops. Not sure if the pod ornaments look good or merely "ricer"...they do break up the lobster claw look... | ||

It's funny... after wanting to put a Firebolt/1125CR tail on my XB12SS for years (and never getting around to it), now I want an SS tail on my CR. Grass is always greener on the other side, I suppose. And yeah, that chin spoiler is definitely badass. | ||

That was the Buell I was waiting for, Had an XB12Ss, and loved it, just wanted the 1125 engine in it. But with them stopping production, had to settle with a CR, and put a touring seat on it. | ||
