My black 2009 1125cr was delivered Tuesday. I like it a lot... first sport type bike for me. I am looking to mod the exhaust...trying to decide on a pipe. I have read people talking about the D&D being loud. I have a 1856cc Harley I built with a 2into1 D&D on it. Is it going to be louder than that? Just got mine 09 1125R this early this week. I have just over 400 miles now and just had the ecm flashed on friday. So far so good but that constant dripping of gas from the vent tube sucks! | ||

Add me! Also picked mine up on Friday the 13th. Wife says I have to sell the '04 XB12R, the more I read about those jerks at HD killing Buell the more I want to keep em both. Guess I'll have to get rid of my VMAX project to appease the wife.  | ||

Well I'm a bit behind but I picked my Red 09 1125cr up Oct 30th @ Gover Harley Davidson in Piqua Ohio. I got out the door for $5920.00 Very nice guys there but the initial conservation went down a bit like this with the sale man, Steve. He proceeded to show me the controls on the bike and I have and 03XB9R so pretty much the same on the main functions. When he went to show me the right turn signal he reached for the right handle bar like it would be on my old man's 82 FLH shovel that weighs just shy of half a ton. I politely showed him it was on the left side and he remembered I had mentioned on the phone I had an XB. He then asked me if I could show him all the stuff on the bike because he claimed I knew more about them. I tried to be nice and say "well you sell them so your no idiot to them". To witch his response was I don't sell them, I wish I could sell them. And again a poor example of a good guy who doesn't know anything about the product he's trying to push. I blame Harley Davidson for that not the guys who were never taught. Any way I love the bike (just like I love all Buells) and I just completed the first oil change so I've got 630 miles on it. Not to bad for Michigan. It will be getting "de-noided" as it's being called. When I called my local dealership for an oil filter I gave a part number because I knew the numbers 1125 would throw people off. The parts guy tried to tell me that it was the standard spin on sportster filter like on the XBs. I then had to disagree and explain. It's kind of like trying to buy mens boxers at Victory's Secret, they just aren't geared up to handle it.  | ||

Guess I should have shared my deal on my 08 1125R: Walked in with a cashier's check for $7000, walked out with a purchase price of $6280 + TTL for total of 7000 even. That was at Monterey County HD, central Cali. Not the best deal I've seen on here but I think its the best deal that dealer has sent out the door. They've still got a couple left too. | ||

Whoooooho!! Picked up my 09 CR Yesterday from Barnett Harley Davidson. Got 2 Jackets for free! Not the leather ones of course but still nice. Now I have both 1125's in black. Very happy with both purchases. The CR feel very differently than the R. The engine is quieter and super smooth. | ||

Still waiting for mine, ordered an '09 1125R on November 3rd with a delivery date "in a week or two." Called for an update on Friday the 13th, was promised a delivery date "in November." Got a call yesterday saying that there were no more '09s, I can have a new '08 for the same price, and do I still want it. I asked if there were any differences between the two years and was told no, they were identical. I did some research today and I see they are not - there are swingarm bobbins, a gear shift indicator, and targeted fuel injectors on the '09. Slightly disappointing but I still want one. I rode one at a Buell track day last fall and I was impressed. | ||

08 for the same price?, they sure don't have the make a deal attitude they had even before 10/15. If my dealer falls through, I'l just get a used XB12/9r out of the paper, and wait for a deal on a nice used 1125r | ||

Mine was delivered on 10/30/2009. I bought it from Bumpus H-D Murfreesboro, TN. This is my first sport bike and I'm still trying to get used to it. Out the door price of $6,313 is what tripped the trigger for me. I wasn't even looking for another bike, but couldn't resist the bait. Love the acceleration!!! I got on the Road King the other day and it reminded me of the bus that used to take me to school. But, I still like it...just not as much as I did. | ||

I picked up a 08 1125R on the 17th. Black with the lowers for the same price $4999 plus tax and license. I believe they sold all the had that same day. Like my XB9R only better!!! | ||
