I got the Uly pegs and now need to lower the rear brake lever. Do you just loosen the jam nut and rotate the bolt to lower it?

You have to pull the cotter pin off the lower clevis pin. Remove the clevis pin and then spin.

Don't forget to loosen, adjust, then tighten the lock-nut.
Really only need the lock-nut to keep the threads good in the clevis.
