I have noticed when I am pulling up to a light and stop when I burp the throttle and or roll on just a little the bike backfires and falls on its face but wont die.. I herd reset the TPS but i did that a few weeks ago but hade to replace the battery. Any ideas please help? | ||

unfortunately it is in the fuel maps and the timing. It is really lean from the factory and unless you change the maps I dont see it ever getting better. | ||

In the owners manual, it says to not blip the throttle. It is caused by a big V-twin, with a large throttle body. It happens to all of us. On the positive side, we don't ride around at 1100 RPM. | ||

I took mine to the dealer (HorsepowerHD in Williamsport PA). I think he reset the throttle position and adjusted my air fuel ratio, I can blip the throttle and it revs. Before i had the same stumble you are describing. Maybe you can call I think the mechanics name is Tom, He loves Buells Too!!!!! |
