Hi Does anyone know where I can find the valve lift v's crank angle data for the stock cams in an 08 1125r? And also the inlet and exhaust valve and port dimensions, particularly: * port diameter * valve head diameter * valve stem diameter Thanks in advance |

Not sure if it is in the service manual. I'll check tonight. May I ask what you've got in mind? |

I want to design an exhaust with an exhaust designing program I have, I need lots of measurements as you can see. If I can get all I need, I'll post the dimensions of the pipe that it comes out with, so if anyone else wants to get a pipe made, they can... I'll also do a map for it too which can be shared... The program is quite good at designing and predicting, it was written by a leading sports car manufacturer's R&D team and is used by them and other car manufacturers. I used it once to design a pipe for a GSXR1100. We took the engine to the dyno of a GSXR specialist, it performed as predicted and the GSXR specialist was so impressed, he took the dimensions and made one for himself... |

After looking in the service manual, this is all I could find... The valve seat cutter is listed as 5.5mm. I am assuming that is the pilot, so the valve stem diameter is 5.5mm? I couldn't find anything else. Please keep us updated on your progress. The intake valve P/N is F0140.1AM, and exhaust is F0141.1AM. Prices are about $25 for intake and $35 for exhaust, so I wonder if buying one of each might be your best bet since this doesn't look like commonly available knowledge. |

Thanks for looking. Lets see what turns up. If nothing, I may have to buy some gaskets and whip the head off... Cheers |
