I got a similar quote from progessive for adding the 1125r. I ended up leaving the two other bikes with progressive and adding the new one to Geico. The Geico policy cost me 329 a year. |

I have an 03xb9s and I'm adding a new 09 1125R this weekend. I was with foremost thru harley but I switched to Geico. Insurance will cost me 637/yr for both bikes. Thats with increased limits of 250,000/500,000. If I went with the minimum coverages of 100/300 it would have been 545/yr. But this is with no collision, just liability and comprehensive. I'm buying the new 1125R without a loan so I'm going to hope for the best and skip the collision. But if I remember correctly Geico quoted me between 1k and 1,100 for both bikes with collision in case I change my mind in the future. Bill, Charlotte NC 03XB9S, 091125R |

I thought my FL Progressive policy was reasonable, and it's gone down each year: '03 Ducati 999: $422 '07 Victory Kingpin: $323 '01 Ducati ST4: $217 '00 Buell S3T: $143 But my new 1125CR is over $1000/yr! They tell me it's classified as "high performance", but the Duc 999 isn't??! Time to shop around... 53 years old, MSF, no tickets. |

Dairyland $470 with un/under insured motorist. $340 w/out. Dairyland (Sentry) is the company Buell partnered with to lower premiums through design changes. Other bikes are on Progressive. They wanted double Dairyland. 52, clean record. |
