Going to get LSL pegs for my STT. I know racing ones are shorter. How do they feel on the street. I don't race but I like the way they look. Or should I get the stock LSL pegs, | ||

Monte, The scalloped ones are longer, but the full round ones are knurled right to the end, where the scalloped ones have a rolled lip on the end. The knurl on the full round pegs is deeper, so they have a little more "bite" onto your boot sole. I prefer the full round ones for that reason, street or track. The scalloped ones have to be at the same rotation left and right or they'll look funny. Full round ones don't care about that, just bolt them on and go. | ||

I suspect the shorter pegs would be more uncomfortable for some folks. I've got them on a few bikes, and they aren't to me. But it kinda depends how you use the bike. If you're just tooling down the highway for miles on end, I think bigger pegs would be more comfortable. But I think the end knurl makes up for the lack of length for these pegs in most cases.
