In my recent close encounter with the pavement, the left side of my 1125R went down (low side). I'm not really sure if the left side footpeg bracket is bent or not. There is an unused threaded mounting hole below the footpeg. The clearance between the inboard side and the belt is only 2mm. That is with the belt riding as far inboard as the pulleys will allow. Is that less than what you guys have for clearance? I don't want to risk damaging the belt, but the bracket alone is $159 (pretty surprising given how relatively cheap everything else has been). |

I just eyeballed mine and it appears to be 2-3 mm. I think you are okay. |

Hopefully...I cut off that threaded hole and ground a tiny bit of metal off where the belt passes by the bracket. |
