Without turning it into an argument, the XB12S was voted one of the ugliest bikes of all time. That is part of the reason I hacked up my SS. Also, my both 1125's are more comfortable than my XB12SS. I rode over a thousand miles each way from NY to Georgia on my Uly, my SS, and my CR, the CR was the most comfortable hands down. Patagonia_101, Jewels, still working on them! | ||

XB12S voted ugliest bikes of all times? huh? where is that vote and who voted? I know taste is an individual thing, but "ugliest bike of all time" is a bit too much... and everyone I meet thinks that bike is sick looking! | ||

Froggy, As I haven't actually ridden an 1125 I have no point of comparison but when I sat on one I wasn't a fan. However to each their own. I love my S and it reminds me of siting on my old dirtbike. The 1125 and the R appear to require more leaning of which i am not a fan, but once again to each his own. | ||

That does look great. The issue I am having is playing with the black wheels, they are more stubborn most of the other colors, and as I change it, it tends to look like some kid doodled on the bike with a crayon. | ||

Froggy: sorry but that list wasn't "voted" by anyone... and the Buell isn't # 1... per your link, it's just an addition to the list... plus it's 100% subjective to this guy writing the article... Top 10 ugliest naked bikes have the Duc Monster, Aprilia Shiver, and even the Bimota Delirio!! (no XB12) lol this list is shit imho.... oh and 837,000 hits for "Yamaha ugliest bike of all time" so again, your statement makes little sense... |
