Although I have ridden for over 40 years, and owned an S 2 long ago, it wasn't until my purchase a few months ago of my 2009 Uly that I began to notice how many lovely gravel roads are all over SE Ohio and West Virginia. I have never used a Garmin or any other nav. unit. Do those maps cover all public roads, including gravel and dirt township roads? I would like to be able to determine, without asking or looking for my local maps in my tank bag, where this road or that road goes. Any recommendations? |

My garmin zumo has a good number of dirt roads, and shows them with dashed lines. It covers pretty much anything that would be on google maps. Once or twice it's taken me down a few roads that didn't lead to anything or had stopped being maintained, but that just made the ride more interesting. |

Garmin Topo mapset even includes hiking trails, railroad tracks, and powerlines. |
