It has 2400 miles on it. What kind of things should I check for as issues? |

One member on here bought what he thought was a demo, and it ended up being a "company-owned" vehicle, which unlike a demo has no warranty. That may be the first thing you want to check for. I'll let the more experienced Buellers on here chime in for the problem-check list. |

I suppose if it didn't have a warranty then it should be further discounted by whatever an extended warranty costs. Or see if they would throw in an extended warranty as part of the deal. |

Maybe check the peg feelers? That'd be the first clue whether it was a demo from the race track fleet. Although they'd probably replace the pegs. All I know is that I raced this tar out of an XT at mid-ohio and would hate for someone to buy an abused one thinking it was like new. |

My partner and I both have demo bikes that were also used as pace bikes for the Missouri sector of Race Across America bicycle race. They have 1200 miles on them when we got them. They had never been titled so still were under full factory warranty and everything just like a new bike except they had already been broken in. One thing I would check is that the 1k and 2500k check ups have been done. |
