I put mine on at the 10000 service since the muffler was starting to rust. It sounds good and is not extremely loud. I kept the stock muffler and might get it ceramic coated someday along with the headers. |

Just the pipe. Exactly the sound I was looking for. Runs great with no de-cel popping. |

I was just wondering how many they sold since they quit selling them and I think our 06's are the only ones. Just looking at resale in the future if and when I ever sell. I doubt I will but was curious about how many badweathers had em. |

Just got my Uly last Friday and put a race can I had squirreled away on it Saturday morning. Love the sound, the wife and I did 489 miles yesterday and it was very tolerable. Jimmy |

I have a modified stock can on mine with the race ecm. Sounds great but doesn't make you go deaf like some aftermarket pipes. |

I dont think they sold too many. So was 06 the only year the factory ever sold racing parts without a license like they do now? (Message edited by snowscum on October 29, 2009) |

You always could get some racing parts without a license, regardless of year or model of your bike. A few years ago they changed to a system requiring a race license if you want to change the exhaust or ECM. You could still get most of the other stuff like race fairings without a license. This was to help keep the feds at bay. |

Check and check on the race (crack) pipe and race ECM. |

Yes, Race ECMs date back to the 90's and were used on various tubers with race kits. |
