This dealership SUCKS, no return calls, a wasted trip. my deal is final, couldn't get the bike cause of a paperwork thing, now can't get it until they get the recall done. what a load of S**T. and this slaes guy Mark Mosher should be selling old used cars not bikes. They are getting paid full price + for these bikes and haven't done anything get them out the door. I have also talked to the GM in person she did seem concerned about the situation but that didn't go far. terrible dealership!! |

Busterx, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. I used Court's approach to handling a problem: 1) be professional 2) be calm 3) be direct 4) talk to the person who can actually do something about the problem/concern. I didn't post anything on here until I got the first "reply" from Mark (that I didn't care for-it didn't answer my questions). The dealership is about 90-100 miles from me, so I couldn't just "pop in" to check on progress, so I posted on here to see if I was alone and others had picked their bikes up. My posting here may have been premature by a few hours. If I would have let the wheels of progress turn a little before "jumping the gun", things could have worked out smoothly and nobody would know any different. When I couldn't get an answer I wanted from Mark Moser, I asked to speak to the GM. She explained what was happening and why it was happening. It may not have been to my liking (the initial delay), but with a few emails/phone calls to/from HD (on her part, I didn't call HD) cleared up any concerns she had about releasing the bikes before the rebate paperwork was actually filed with HD. She was doing her job and protecting the dealership/owner. She, I believe, was unaware that other dealers were delivering bikes prior to the paperwork being filed w/ HD. Let's just say that I think I opened her "eyes" today when I told her that. HP HD/B isn't what I would call a big dealership. They probably "keep their cards close to the chest" and were just being on the cautious side. Maybe too cautious, but protecting themselves nonetheless. I personally didn't mind the couple day delay (it just gave me more time to raise some cash), meaning the bike would be ready tomorrow. When I found out from a call to Mark this morning that the delay could be extended until this weekend or early next week, then I thought something wasn't "kosher". That's when I went into action. |

I'll mention to the GM about coming on as a BadWeb sponsor since there really isn't anyone closer than HD of Frederick, MD. Nothing against HD of F, they are a great dealership, have a great staff (Ratbuell) and have lots of swag, but they are 2 1/2 hours south of me and I'm probably the farthest south of most central PA Buellers, not to mention those of you in central/western NY. |

That all sounds like a bucket of bullshit! Ocala hd was not concerned about any forms or rebates. They had the bikes priced at $5995 and I rode off on mine in less than 2 hours. |

All of the dealings with these people have been good. Just some confusion on what the deal is with the rebate on their part. Remember this rebate was not supposed to be launched until this week so i'm sure some dealers may not have got all of the information. They were up front when I made the deal. They said that I would know today and they did call me and let me know it was ready. |

I have had nothing but good experiences at HorsepowerHD. The service department is good too. I can't remember the guys name who worked on my bike but that boy can tune a Buell, he rides one himself. That bike runs better now that it ever has. Its a 2006 Lightning with 5000 miles, I just bought it last year as a left over from STHD in Binghamton NY. I'm buying a 2009 1125r and lower fairing kit, got a great price and am picking it up friday. I know every ones experience is different, but try dealing with STHD and you will think Horsepower are Gods. |

I don't know where you got the information that the rebate wasn't supposed to be launched until this week. My dealer gave me a copy of the paperwork authorizing the rebate when I talked to him a week and a half ago... Granted I did go to the biggest HD/Buell dealer in the world. |

Not sure why the wait. I made the deal over the phone on mine. Dealer said to come in and they would have it ready. Made the deal at 11:00 am on phone and rode it home 4:00 pm. |

Can't imagine why it would take so long to get the paperwork from HD. I purchased my new 1125R on the 16th ($4000) and other than a couple day delay to get the recall work done on the bike, there were no holdups. |

Brought it home today! Tom updated the ECM to the latest flash and after a little convincing set the suspension up for me. He said usually the new owner just sets it up themselves when they get it home. I look at them setting up the suspension as part of the deal, so I had him do it. Don't bother asking for one of the $7 de-noid resistors, they don't have them and the parts guy had the look on his face of "What are your talking about?" Absolutely clueless. Same goes for the Uly pegs, don't have 'em. They do have regular Lightning pegs though. I bought 2 1125 oil filters to do my own service. In the way of Buells left, they had a used orange '06 Uly and a couple new Blasts. Everything else was sold. Double check your paperwork. They had the wrong price on my sales slip. I made them correct it. Would I go back? Not sure. Tom, the mechanic seems to know his stuff and rides a CR. Would I buy there again? Doubtful. |

Hey Toona, one of those bikes with a sold sticker is mine, However I can't have because it has a brake line recall, so when ever they get the line in they can get it installed then I can have the bike. Going on 2 weeks now, but I will say my salesman is much nicer. He said he would call me Fri I told him I will call him seeing he doesn't return calls. This bike may be up for grabs I'm getting fed up enough to pull the deal. Stay away from Horsepower HD |

Well after 3 weeks of endless excuses and BS I gave up on them. so I made them give me back my deposit and kill the deal. So they have one available. They have no idea when they will get the recalls done, or when they will get the parts, but it's "not their fault" not happy with them at all! |
