Just purchased an 09 1125cr, not sure if it has the latest flash. When did the last one come out? |

There have been 3 flashes. Aug 2008. Dec 2008, and one recently. My 12/08 built CR still has original 08/08. |

The new flash makes the cr runs so much smoother at low revs. I love my update! |

I just picked up my new 08 1125R, it has more power and smoother low end than my 09 CR which I got in August. I need to take that in for a reflash! |

Is there a number for the new one? And how do you tell the installed version - some arcane set of presses to make it pop on the display, or do you need a diagnostic reader? My '09 CR was manufactured 10/08, no idea if the dealer flashed it as part of prep. KeS |

My 10/08 2009 cr has the oldest flash, I just bought it less than a month ago. the only way to know what you have(as far as I know) is to go to the dealer or connect to ecm-spy and fetch the eeprom. I used ecmspy to check mine. |

Thanks much, I'll put a "driveability" request on the 620 mile check and see if they will update and validate the right flash. KeS |

My 09' 49 state CR that I bought in May had the flash B3PUS10Z in it. back the first of October I had it in the shop for an Insurance claim (rad pod) and they scanned it and loaded the latest flash M3PUS141 in it. I never had the 12Z flash in it between the two but this latest flash has it running better at low rpm, smoother at all rpm and much cooler all the way around. they will give you a printout showing what you had and what was newly loaded in. |
