Boatz that's a decent deal. MSRP ($11,999.00)- rebate ($4750) is $7249 to put it in perspective. So you $754 off MSRP. |

Boatz, when I checked on Tuesday, the larger Buell dealer in Portland was holding firm at $6,999 + doc fees for their CRs -- they call it "$5000 off list, and no freight/setup, what more could you want?" And you know what? They're right. These things are amazing, at amazing prices... by my lights you're getting another $504 off the PDX prices. Psst: also heard from the other local Buell dealer -- I'd been sniffing around an '09 R in white/blue -- they were firm at $9,400, I passed (spoiled by the TX reports, too). Salesman called me Monday to break the news -- it was gone. |

Does anyone know of any deals to be had in Florida? My Dad is looking for one (R or CR) in that area. Thanks! |

Jldrooger, I may be able to help you out with that. You might find slightly better deals than what I got, and my invoice / bill of sale shows a single OTD price, not the usual separate lines items for shipping, set-up, doc fees, etc. I also got a few benefits (home delivery being one) not called out specifically on my paperwork. Is this for AAFES? I'm a 10-year USAF veteran, so I know a bit about how that all works. Mike |

Boatz - i got mine at DTHD for about that (an R instead of a CR, so a bit more). If you haven't spoken with Vik yet you should! either way though - i saw one CR left when i rode my bike home. ALL the R's were sold that i saw. When i went up to sign paperwork and dicker a bit there were 3 left. an hour later all were marked sold. What i'm getting at is to make sure and get a deposit on one (which you did), and then just beat them up when you do financials. Get a bit off here and there... Though i didn't work a special deal on parts during sale i get 10% off parts for the next little while. You may be able to work a slightly better deal w/ them before you buy. anyway - GL! You'll love it!! |

They told me it it had to be undisclosed, meaning it has to show the breakdown of all the fees like destination fee, etc. -Jamie |

OK, almost test ride day which is tomorrow morning, 09 1125CR black $6495 with high bar kit included. I think otd is $7431 tax/lic, and we still have to discuss heated grips/saddlebags/tail bag/tank bag etc. Here's a pic of mission readiness attached. Magazine is American V from UK, my opinion is they do the best Buell tests for street riders. I bought my M2L off Badweb back in 05 after reading their online articles re the Cyclone. They have done some great comparison tests between tubers and XB. I never paid attention to the 1125 stuff as it seemed like a rocket compared to the traditional-engined bikes. As you can see, that changed and we've been to the bank today....

Jamie, that's why I asked about AAFES and pointed out mine is a flat OTD amount without any itemization. I recall having the same issue when I tried to order a "1LE" version of the '89 Camaro IROC-Z way back when. But since there's way more 1125R's being bought than there ever were 1LE cars, your chances are much better! Mike |

At the prices being offered by many dealerships...shipping is peanuts at this point! I recommend hooking up with Teach (Jim Richards) @ Western Reserve in N.E. Ohio...they are a sponsor here on BadWeb and WILL treat you right. I'm VERY sure they will ship you a great deal no matter where you are! |

Add another from the great state of Washington. Test rode mine with fellow Badwebber Paul today at Eastside Harley in Bellevue WA. 09 1125CR, black High bar kit installed by dealer $6495 license $150 doc fee $150 tax 636.51 Total out door: $7431.51 cash. What a difference from my former 2001 M2L. PS: I'm 5'8" and can nearly flatfoot the bike to my surprise. Since it is so light (thank you Erik and team, so many OTHER brands are porkers, no pun intended) she's no problem at slow speeds or in parking lots. So to anyone else contemplating an 1125 that is vertically challenged, try one. What a machine btw. Of course I didn't drive it home since it needs warranty work already. Right rear led turn signal didn't work, left handlebar switch rotated on bar. I hit the horn instead of the turn signal a couple times. Kinda like my first Ducati, little character issues.... |

Anybody know about pricing outside the U.S.? I saw UK prices are down to about 5000 pounds, but prices here aren't really being discounted yet Retail is about $18,000 (Australian $) for an 1125CR here, some have been going for about $16500 OTD before 15 October (say $15,000US). |

Milleniumx1 You are going to love the 1125. And the pricing that is being offered today by the dealers is incredible. I paid MSRP for my 08 and have no regrets. It was worth every penny at that price!!! |
