I got off work at 7:30 this morning and promplty went home and crawled into bed. Around 2:00 I woke up and was able to get a few miles in this afternoon. Now I am back at work. Before you all feel sorry for me though, I will be getting off of work at 7:30 Monday Morning again (when it is supposed to be in the 70's) and will have time to ride while the average person is stuck at work. Man do I love working nights... |

New topic, I wrote a letter to Bernie's HD in Germany a few months ago to order a few shirts. My dad is from Germany and his name is Bernie so I thought it would be a cool present. I found out about the dealership from a small article in FUELL about a Buell racer named "Fisch". He has the fastest street legal Buell (I don't remember the stats) in Europe. Anyway, the dealership hooked me up with him and he sent me some cool race photos from him at the track. I will try to scan them this week and put them up in the cool photo section. |

Koz...What is the website for those mirrors you bought over the winter and are you still liking them? Also, do they extend beyond the bar ends? Thanks |

The company is called Flanders (I saw a set for sale on EBAY, the last bid was $50). They are $13.20 each. I like the look of them, but they do not extend out to the end of the bars. You will see alot of your shoulders in them. http://www.flandersco.com/ |

Sorry I didn't make the HH yesterday. It seems the night was later than I expected I did get in a desent ride. We rode into Racine to meet up with my parents. The temps were great until just east of Union Grove. The temps went from low 70's to low 50's in about 2 seconds! It was even worse at the harbor. All in all, a great day to ride. |

The ride and comraderie was fantastic. Was 30 degrees when I left the house and wore everything I own. Droned down I-94 with Jerry and it wasn't as cold as expected. We had just finished breakfast at the HH when the others got there. Bomber, Grdskpr, and John Mikosh showed as well as a number of other Buellers. Spent the morning kickin' tires and enjoying the conversations. Safe guess is that there were well over 100 bikes there at any given time. We parted shortly after 12:00 PM. Jerry lead me on a cross country route back to Milwaukee and I really enjoyed the scenery and relaxed pace. Glad I took an empty tank bag as I stripped three of the five layers I was wearing and still was sweating. LOL Was really good to get out and see old friends after such a long winter. All are looking forward to the riding season. The high point of my day was being with John Mikosh and learning the complete story of "Janice the Bike." He let me sit on it and all I can say is that is one bike I wish was still in Buells product line up. |

Koz...thanks for the info. Am looking for a better view to the rear and don't care for bar end mirrors as I move my hands around a lot compliments of carpal tunnel. If any of you know of mirrors that you think would help, please advise. |

HEY YOU GUYS !!! Is anyone going to Road America the 25, 26 and 27th of April ??? I am thinking of going to watch the Director of DOCS BRAG race. Me being the Assistant Director and all. No, no, we did not arm-wrestle for Directorship. I wanted the Assistant Directorship since I live so damnnnnn far away. So, if you are going please drop me an e-mail so we can 'hook up' and ride some. Charlotte |

The Brew City BRAG group (aka: "Hal's") is riding up to the Course Cafe on the 27th. I don't know what town the Course Cafe is in but it's south of Fredonia and north of Grafton. Someone will probably be around for a quick clip around the block. |
