Anyone else having rear brake pads sticking to the disc. After riding for about 5 mins. and push the brakes to stop. they remain stuck for awhile then they are very hott.They are stuck together while riding ....eating my pads up..... Have taken it in twice already..... help what should i do??????? |

I brought this bike brand new New fuel pump New Disc brake and pads in front, and lever Left and right Singal light rear bulb i have had alot of things done to this bike and it supossed to be new .....WOW |

I didn't even know that the rear brakes did anything on Buells. After having applied them several times, I assumed that they were solely decorative and that the fluid wasn't actually doing anything other than expanding the brake lines.

there are a small number of reports in the uk of rear brake issues, I made sure that the lever pivot has been copaslipped and also check that the pads are free in the caliper once a month, the issue of the standard exhaust blowing crap all over the rear brake was the main reason why I changed to a Remus can. |

Had the master cylinder, caliper, pads and rotor replaced under warranty for sticking on mine, took about 2 weeks for stuff to come in. The rotor turned purple and gold within 15 minutes, felt like I lost a lot of HP up top, couldn't get up over 140 mph that night. Got home, it was smokin hot. Called the dealer, it got replaced. |
