My battery never gets fully charged even after long drives and the low batt light lights up. When i charge it overnight with my charger the voltage reads 13 volt which tells me the battery is fine but something else is wrong. But what? |

A few here have had stators go bad. Take it to your dealer. |

What RPM's do you typically ride at? How long are your trips? What year and model? WHat is the voltage across the battery when the engine is running? |

Take it to the dealer ! If everything is working fine the battery light should never come on . I just had my stator and regulator replaced .... |

Keep the bike on a battery tender when not in use, it will prolong the life of the battery |

My brand new 1125CR had a bad battery. Took it to the dealer this morning and they replaced it, no charge. |

My battery light comes on prior to startup, but goes away a few seconds after starting. Definitely take it to the dealer if it's on while you're riding. |

Daggar - mine is the same. Loretta is plugged in almost every night. Bikes on the floor also, one of the sales guys asked me about it. Z |
