Explode like you start it up, and the poorly mounted exhaust sheers off and knocks the fake NOS canister onto the cylinder head, the can heats up, and wammo! : D

Oh, and the chrome and polished bits will melt off when it rains : )

God I feel really bad for that guys arm/wrist. With the force those things exit with his arm was no doubt broken from that.
