Hines, Thanks a ton man! The dealers here are saying I'm full of crap when I tell them what these bikes are going for else where. Hopefully this will bring the price down and I can get a CR. |

If anyone has bought a 2010 1125r can they post or pm me a copy of the invoice with all the delivery fees and what not so that I can get a price match from my dealer. I have a bike reserved, but would be nice if I could knock another grand or so off the price. Currently $8749 is the best I can do. |

It's considered a "Rebate" on all Buells. $5000 on all of them. If the Dealer doesn't feel like doing it, they probably do not have to do it. We bought the 08 1125 for 4995 and the 09 XT for 7995 in WI @ Kutter H-D.(Brand new bikes, NOT demos.) Some dealers like Uke's went deeper, and it sounds like some are not dealing much at all. Sucks. |

Appears that you have struck a deal and "reserved" a bike (is that like put a deposit down on one?) If you waltzed in with a some paperwork of another deal, I hope the dealer tells you exactly where to stick those papers. Just like you wouldn't want the dealer to say "I found another guy willing to pay me a grand more for the bike, so you are out," the dealer believes he has a deal. Bad form on your part. You need to do your research before coming to terms. |

Actually it's through the military car sales run by AAFES. They guarantee (and are mandated by the government) to provide lowest price no matter what, as long as as I can find a quote or invoice from a legit dealer. I'm getting the $4750 rebate from buell, but even with that my grand total seems to be more than what others have gotten. I'm in Japan right now, so going dealer to dealer shopping arround is a bit dfficult. (Message edited by jldrooger on October 19, 2009) |

Okay that does change it a bit, but remember you are getting a 2010 bike. The rock bottom $5k deals are for 2008s, about $1k more for 2009s. Since 2010s are rarest, I would say that you are getting a fair deal. I personally haven't read or seen a smoking deal on a 2010. If I come across one (and I am actively looking), I'll let you know. |

Thanks Fresno, and for the record, so as not to anger anyone, I am more than happy to pay $8750 for a 2010 as rare as they are, and also consider myself lucky to have found a 2010. However, more money in my pocket is more money to spend on things like fairings and tuning. |

I personally haven't read or seen a smoking deal on a 2010. Let me revise this. I haven't even seen or heard of a 2010 1125r in anyone's stock. I called every Buell dealer in California, except San Diego. Also several out of state dealers. Only 2008s and 2009s. Maybe the 2010s left are only offered in your program at this point? Dunno. |

I hope Court or someone can post sales figures since the announcement. It would be really interesting to see how many Buells have gone out the door in the last ~4 days. |

It's considered a "Rebate" on all Buells. $5000 on all of them. I think it is actually $5000 on 1125's and $3000 on all other XB's. |

Yes, it's $5K rebate on all Buells. No, I'm not going to scan our paperwork for posting! Congrats to all who've had the balls! (and the greenbacks!) |

However, more money in my pocket is more money to spend on things like fairings and tuning. Good luck. I'm actually wondering if part of the reason the 2010s are so rare had anything to do with contracts already written through AAFES. The down side is that if it wasn't marked and built yet, if they don't have any left, you may just be getting your down payment back. Any word on whether or not yours was built? Hope you get your ride. |

All I know where there are two 08 1125r's and two 09 1125cr's for $6000 each OTD but you pay your own sales tax wherever that may be. These are new in IN. Since my dealer is not a sponsor please pm me if you have any SERIOUS interest. If he can sell these four he will remain a Buell dealer. regards ref |
