I'm trying to buy a Hero Blue airbox/intake cover with the mesh intake and decals, but without the X guard. So far, I've seen the following part numbers: M1224.3AJMBX M1224.5AKMBX M1224.4AKMBX M1224.5AEMBX M1224.2AJMBX M1224.1AJAMBX M3224.4A8AMBX Would someone please explain the differences between all of these Hero Blue intake covers? | ||

They all have different decals. I would have to google and try and find you pictures, but anyway I will describe them as best I can. Lets see if I can do this without cheating and looking up any of them  All 2006+ covers have the mesh. M1224.3AJMBX - 07 CityX, has X guard and decals. M1224.5AKMBX - 2010 Ulysses. Has the Uly series decal, but no X that I am aware of. M1224.4AKMBX - 09 Ulysses. Has the Ulysses series decal, but no X that I am aware of. M1224.5AEMBX - 09 XB12SCG, has the 09 Lightning decal but no X-guard M1224.2AJMBX - 06 XB9SX, has X-guard and decals I do have a picture handy, as its the one on my bike  M1224.1AJAMBX - 05 CityX, has decals, x-guard, but no mesh! M3224.4A8AMBX - Not a production model, has no decals but has the x-guard. I *think* it has the mesh, but I can't confirm as I don't have pictures. | ||
