Give us a shout here if you plan on making this event. It'll give us a better idea for numbers on t-shirts, coffee, donuts etc. |

I really want to make it. Unfortunately I have an opening of a show of my landscape photography Saturday night in Sag Harbor. I will be there at least one day if at all possible. Haven't done the logistics yet.

This annual event is something. Lately it has been missing something. The something is Tramp! Like him or not he was outspoken. Have good ride through Sleepy hollow. |

Mike- You've been a tough little sailor to track down- Gimme a crank. Bcord: Thanks, but I haven't missed a run yet...trust me,I attended the planning meeting...there are really dynamite people taking ownership of most of the tasks (Routes, dinner, mapping, website, etc.), so I haven't needed to chime in much. The Hudson Valley Crew's HHR bunch tends to operate like a well-oiled squad: All take on tasks for which each individual represents the top of his or her craft. MY primary tasks this season have involved support, sponsorship and T-shirt orders. Unfortunately, several HD/Buell shop sponsors (no names mentioned) backed out after initially stating they'd support our run- So we're even more thankful to Danbury HD/BUELL for stepping up to be HH5's Gold Sponsor. (Badweb member) Jeff at Danbury is as much a crucial element to HH5 as any of us, frankly. Without such great people as Hammer,Liz, Johnnylunchbox, Sue, Fritz, Holly, Jeff, MikeXLR, our run could easily blow....which...er..it doesn't....c'mon over to the Historic Hudson valley and find out why this is.... |

I spoke with Jeff the other day, said he was going to try and make the sunday run. Put me down for both days, possibly bringing my girlfriend on Sunday. Doz, O.H.H.P (Original HH Participant) |

Paw- Take the Thruway south to exit 16 (Harriman)....take the exit immed. on your right (rt. 32) then make a left at the top of the exit onto rt. 32, and then take the exit (LEFT again, at light) for Rt.6/ Harriman State park/Bear Mtn. (two hundred yards up) Bear Mtn. is really only a few miles from the Thruway exit. It's a breeze. Be sure to Fuel up at the gas station on Rt. 32, just off of the thruway exit. save your coffee $, that'll be free at the meeting point. |

Looking fwd. to seeing you. There will be camping & bonfire space at Mikestock in Rock Tavern, and dinner at the House of Hammer, thanks to Liz & Z-girl. Ninjasue will have hot coffee and cocoa waiting for us on Sunday AM. Hammer's got some kind of kickass run up his sleeve for Saturday that i am SURE wil be outstanding....and may take us through through some country that I've always loved, around the gunks and through those sleepy, twisty valleys. On Sunday, Johnnylunchbox, Fritz & Froggy will lead us on a run comprising twisties onboth banks of the Hudson and several Historic Hudson valley counties. Our 5th annual promises to truly shred the gnar. Shirts will be in here by Friday, chillenz. |

Paw - Doon and I are meeting at the Mobil station that's off the last exit of 787 on 9W. We skip the interstate but make good time. Shoot me a PM if you want to head down with us - we're planning on Sunday only. |
