Just think if GM had sold cars and trucks for $4,000 . . . they'd still be around today.

Just got home on my '09 1125CR. Bought it at East Coast HD in Manassas, VA for $4995 + taxes, tags, processing, etc. Out the door was just over $5800. Couldn't really have much fun as I was riding home in the rain. Got home and found out that the right rear LED turn signal was dead. Oh well, when they knock $7,000 off of the bike, I can deal with getting a warranty repair on the turn signal. P.S. They also have a couple of 1125R models that they'd love to sell. Give Morgan a call and tell him that Fred Maxwell said to call. (Message edited by fmaxwell on October 17, 2009) |

I'm jealous, all the dealers here are still selling the bikes at near MSRP. They quoted my friend $9665 OTD for a '09 Firebolt when I paid $10,500 OTD for my Lightning last year. So I didn't ask about the CR, but boy did it look good. |

Yeah, I'd stopped in there Th. night to find MSRPs. Stopped in on the way to the lumber yard 9 am this morning and came home with American Iron XT, and an Austrian motor in t'other. Spent good portion of the day discussing the factory closure with a wonderful Buell line worker. The wife and I thanked her, and all of her co-workers, for doing such great work on these machines. Went out for lumber and came home with wood! |

I picked up TWO today (at HCHD). A 1125R for me and a XB12Scg for Lynn. Zac confirmed that the white 1125R is the fastest.

Black is the fastest. ... but buying an 09 in white and moving the plastics on to an 08 really helps that year keep up!

Just picked up the last 2010 1125R available through the military car sales program yesterday. It's still in the crate at the factory. I'm stationed n Japan and will be picking it up in December when I go home on leave, can't wait. Got a $5250 discount. (Message edited by jldrooger on October 17, 2009) |

Got an '09 1125R, $6999 + t/l. Not as low as some others, but this is California, and we can't bring in 49-state bikes. I'm glad I was able to get such a great bike at this price, but there's a part of me that feels like a vulture, you know what I mean? The Buell Phoenix shall arise from these ashes. Hang in there, bros. |

Picking up a white 1125R in the morning from Downtown HD in Renton, WA. $6,700 +ttl for a total of $7,400 otd. West coast seems a little tougher on pricing but still an unbelievable price. This is my second 1125R. I sold the first, one of the early '08's, about 6 months ago for $7,500 and thought I took a beating. This makes it a little better. Ron |

Good to see all the recent converts to the 1125 side. Shiyyt situation, but WTF I hope you find, as I, how the 1125 reads your mind. Go for a ride, don't get complacent but the bike does what you think it should... all the time. So many new "technologies" have fancy names, but "Intuitive Chassis" is no market-speak. Ride it, you'll get it.

The 1125s are really top notch from just looking at what you get compared to my XB. Hydraulic slipper clutch, LED directionals. Halogen Headlights, Rubber padded anti-slilp pegs, hidden rear caliper, rear sliders and a dash board as nice as my car. I'm digging it! The dealer I bought it from also includes a pre-wired batter tender plug ... just like the 2010's ... (Message edited by dmhines on October 18, 2009) |

Just bought my 2009 black 1125cr today at Henderson Harley-Davidson for $4995 plus tax and etc. They are the only Buell dealer in Las Vegas area and have plenty of bikes for sale at this price. |

$4995 is awesome price ... looks like most dealers are doing the $5995 deal ... I feel really bad for the folks that bought a new Buell Last week! |

Well, I figure this is as good of place as any for my first post. I picked up an 09 white from Uke's on Friday... well, I didn't pick it up, but I bought one. Having it shipped to CO should be here in a week. Looks like Christmas is coming early! And on a side note... I've always wanted an 1125R. I almost bought an 08, but the dealership experience was so horrible I walked out. Now, a year and a half later, I have a beautiful white 1125R coming to join the Speed Triple in the garage! |
