Im on the fence...I really like my XB12Ss, and Im not real excited about the lobster claws on the CR, but it seems like one hell of a bike and an exceptional deal.   Dmhines Posted on Saturday, October 17, 2009 - 07:39 pm:        STFU ... The handlebars are going to take getting used to. They had a CR available with the high bars like the LIghtning ... but it was Red ... I did not want a REd Lobster. I'll give it a while and see if the low bars grow on me .. otherwise I'll swap them out with the high bar kit. I'm also not a Fan of the Pods .. but you don't notice them while you are riding. I had to ride my XB to the dealer for the trade. it was 45 degrees and my legs were pretty cold. On the Ride home with the CR those pods did keep my legs warmer! I didn't beat on the bike at all due to the break in warnings that about 3 folks at the dealer told me about. I did get to beat on one several months ago on a test ride and they are much faster than XB's ... that is for sure. Speaking of lobsters, saw one on rt40 heading west towards ocala about 5:30. A tuber was maybe 20 seconds behind.
