Does anyone know if they ever shipped. None of the dealers in my area seem to have one, and given yesterdays events I have decided to go ahead and get an 1125CR. Ideally I wanted the white/black one, but if I cant find one, I'm sure I will settle for one of the incredibly priced black ones. thanks. | ||

I looked for a White CR yesterday on Cycletrader ... Looks like they never built one ... no dealers on Cycletrader in USA has one that I can find. | ||

Looks like all 2010 models are few and far between. It would be nice to know how many are (or will be) out there. | ||

Production of the 2010 1125's was delayed, there has been only a few weeks of production of the 2010 1125's from what I have last heard. | ||

Yup, and the production will stop on October 30th. At about 10 a day, and the massive inventory overhang of the 2009/8's there should still be enough to go around. | ||

Motorcycle-usa.com has a couple of real positive articles on the CR, one of them a comparo vs Duc and Aprillia - and of course the latest on the Cubing of Buell - bad Karma - hope he can shrug that off and come up with a contingency plan to keep making bikes. Thats some real dirt HD delt - always did like Victory's Better in the cruiser line, very trouble free and they hold their looks. That will happen in my seventies - lol - right now I still like Buells - I have time, having just bought new one of the last 09 CR's, to wait and see what develops, maybe by then electric sport bikes could be the new hot ticket, or Buell may have pulled himself up, and again be manufacturing motorcycles - Pegasus Motorcycles with a Phoenix Bird insignia - a thought - lol EZ | ||

no 2010's in GA ... but I found a sweet deal on some 2009's. If they work with me on my 2006 XB12 trade I may be riding home a Black 2009 CR tomorrow .. | ||

The bad side of these plummeting prices is that the trade-in value of our present Buells is dropping just as fast as the prices of these new bikes. If you aren't gonna buy outright, I'll bet you won't get much of a deal. | ||

Prices aren't plummeting .... There is currently a $5,000 rebate on 2009 CR's ... A factory rebate should not affect KBB trade in value ... I notice some dealers may be being forthright with the $5K rebate information ... perhaps trying to pocket the $$$ themselves ??? (Message edited by dmhines on October 16, 2009) | ||

Funny you say that. Just called a local dealer about a CR. Looking at the state inspection sticker in their online picture of the bike shows that it was inspected a year ago. So it's been sitting there for a year according to the sticker. They told me they would take $1000.00 off of the list. I laughed and told them no thanks. Is it a fact that there is a $5000.00 dealer rebate? | ||

Spoke with 2 local dealers today about CRs that they have had for quite a while (One I think for a year). One dealer will drop $1k, the other is offering no deals. That's why I want to know if there are in fact rebates that they are trying to hold on to or just dealers doing some major discounting. Their price is their price, but at least I'll know what's going on. | ||

Our local dealer original told me they were supposed to get a white CR the end of Oct or beginning of Nov. When I checked the other day he said he was told not until Jan. So with everything that's going on, probably not. | ||

Anyone have the part # for a White Front CR Fairing? That is the only unique part ... everything else is the same as either a Firebolt or an 1125R which are available in white. If they do have a stash of White front CR Fairings I'd pick one up for future use ... | ||
