Your 'flasher' is under the fly screen and may be upside down or sideways to let water in. Stop washing that thing.....what is wrong with you? |

Barker, Your blinker thingy is under the front plate your windshield is mounted to. Take the six screws out and it will be on the right side as your looking at it. I don't know how your getting water up there though. Check to make sure the connector is on correctly. It should snap when installed properly. Once after I had worked on mine I didn't get the blades lined up right and thought I was good until my blinkers started to slowly fail. If that doesn't cure it the problem might be in your switch which is more prone to water getting in there. Good luck. |

You know, l just bought an '06. l rode it to work when it was just damp out (not raining) and my signals quit working. So it could be my blinker thing, too. ls this common with the Ulys? |

Could also be a broken wire in the wiring harness by the steering neck. |

Mine did the same thing. I assumed it was condensation in the blinker relay. Barker, it did it when we were on our Helen Ride. Dried out and started working later in the day. |

Same thing happened to me over the summer on very humid mornings or when the bike got wet. It ended up being the ground on the front of the frame between the forks. |

It may also mean that the relay is going south. Mine had that problem, a new relay fixed everything. |
