I think that's bull crap man.... to use the fact that the bike has been off it's wheels as an excuse not to warranty anything is just plain stupid. Ok, sure if it's crumpled up like a 2010 blast then yeah, but they've got to cut that crap out...."i see you have scratches on your puck, so that bad transmission is no longer under warranty!" |

i guess it is some kinda inertia wheel under the rear tire? i think that'd be the hardest part. it'd be nice to learn how to wheelie your own bike with almost no risk of injury or damage. |

Merry Christmas from HD to all that is Buell: The decision will result in a reduction over time of about 80 hourly production positions and about 100 salaried positions at Buell. Employment will end for a majority of Buell employees Dec. 18, 2009. buell is finally out of HD dealerships. careful what you wish for ... |

aaaaallllllllllriihgty, i need SEVERAL valid reasons why i should not buy an 1125R for $9000 from duc. he's even got a white/blue one for me. my wife has given her blessing, and i didn't even have to ask her for it! (i think she's gone loopy, if u ask me. what happened to the 'checks and balances' of our relationship?!) i am not afraid of doing my own maintenance after the 5-year cut off. especially if it's a cake-walk like the XB's. i don't wanna miss out on this opportunity... please chime in here guys |

$366 a month? Geeeeezzzzzz Even with my glorious driving record I don't pay more than $34 a month for both bikes and that's full coverage. My Super TT just got elevated to a rare breed and I'm gonna keep her that way. Not many of them. I'm with Mel, gonna cruise ebay for parts. lol (Message edited by goody on October 15, 2009) |

dairyland has waaay better coverage than progressive ( they're currently 44 a month for my xb9) for 83 a month on both bikes. (Message edited by nillaice on October 15, 2009) |

I just got the "NO, YOU CANNOT BUY AN 1125CR, even if it IS less than what you paid for your bike!" Looks like we'll all be riding neo-classics... |

Man, That sucks, I am with you Myron. I figured that I could get an 1125R next year after I deployed. Guess it'll be a used one. Tank, May need some help working on my bike. Can you do it on a Sunday afternoon or something. Mel said that my clutch seems to be slipping. It still moves but it sometimes seems like a sling shot effect. Let me know. I am out of town right now, so wouldn't be able to start anything until around 26th or something. |

I'm not looking for anything in the near future so, the Buell and Husky will do for the next couple of years. However I'm gonna be watching the KTM channel very closely. |

well i guess I'll call Geico and see what it would cost me. Momma said ok although she's uneasy about another payment. I wonder what kind of real parts availability will be out there in 5 yrs. This isn't the first bike company to go tits up. I see alot of guys pissed at HD for this but I think it just wasnt selling enuff in this economy. (Message edited by kmfw160 on October 15, 2009) |
