Another variation: "Boy, you could ruin an iron wrecking ball with a balsa wood hammer!" |

Someone had asked, I don't recall where, about the "First" Buell helmet... Here's a portion of the first ever (actually, if you want to be persnickity, the 2nd first ever) Buell Acessory Catalog.

There was one of those red/white/blue helmets on e-bay a while back. I believe it was made by Bell. Yes, that would be the second P&A catalog. I want one of those "engineering" RSS 1200 shirts!! |

>>>I want one of those "engineering" RSS 1200 shirts!! The phrase was "ENGINEERING that moves you". That, along with the Buell cap was in the FIRST acessory catalog. During the period we registered the name BUELL OWNERS CLUB there was work done on producing a fancy jacket with the B.O.C. patch. Thank Dave Gess. Court |

Court, I know that was in the first catalog. I was making a vague reference to see if anybody would know of what I was talking about. |

Speaking of April 1st, Dunlops aren't too bad in snow storms. Weather sucks! There's still ice on the front fender

Look at the URL. http://www.motorcycledaily.com@charlotte.homeip.net/md/ This is not being hosted by motorcycledaily. This is running off of someone's box at home. They have assigned a dynamic DNS name to their dynamic IP address through DYNDNS.org |

Woke up this morning thinking I should sell the Buell and just get a VFR for reliable sport touring. Quite shocking. Henrik |

Anybody coming to Buell is cool this Saturday at Battlefield HD/Buell in Gettysburg PA? Was thinking of planning a ride through the battlefield if anybody was interested. Brian |

Henrik, my last bike was a VFR. I found it has as much personality as a turnip. I lost interest in riding it with only 8000 km on the clock. My M2 is so much more fun, and it has some character. Keep the faith! |

Henrik, you know its possible to own/love/ride more than 1 brand of motorcycle as evidenced by my barn--2 Buells,2 Yamahas,1 KTM,1 Honda,1 Derby---and always taking applications.Only see about a dozen I cannot live without each time I go to the IM show every year. |
