I was reading my owners manual and the table is a little confusing to me. Should I be switching to 10w40? My morning starts are just below 40F. The table says SYN3 is "Excellent" below 50F, but "Above 40F" is its "lowest ambient temp". HD doesn't seem to make a syntheitc 10W40. ac |

HD don't make Syn 3 and my local oil company seem to think it's semi synth rather than full syn? |

Syn3 is a blend. The main reason I switched to Red Line was for the 10w-40 for winter. Worked great. Z |
