So I have my bike all put together after the highside. When I pull in the clutch lever the clutch slider puck (right side) will move in and out and makes and makes a little like pshht noise. So something behind the puck must be moving it a little bit. can't recall if the bike did that before the lay down or not. Just wondering if this is normal after a bike has been broken in because I don't see it on our new bike here. Thanks |

Anyone know if the Grand Stand Designs aluminum puck has any kind of breather hole? If not, does this adversely affect anything? |

Your spherical nut(CD0020.1AMA) on the clutch release pin is loose, backed out too far. Pop the puck, put a socket clamped in Vise-grips on the nut and hold the shaft with an Allen to tighten. Adjust as any clutch - tighten pin until resistance is felt, back out a hair and tighten nut to 14 N-m(124 in-lb). DAMHIK Z |
