Funny I saw that one and didn't even look at the bike to realize it was a Uly. I meant this one: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_LxZ4Mi3rR3Q/SqdJ904R77I/ AAAAAAAAazY/L4b17VuOuMg/s1600-h/img_6653.jpg |

I got close to the gap one year, but had a fight with the idiot I was riding with! When I got back to Texas I found out he had crashed and broke his collar bone! Boy did I have a good laugh!! |

Myzen, I can sense your frustration from the photos of having to follow a geezer glide through there... |

They need to close the dragon to 4+ wheel vehicles, and 2 wheel vehicles that weigh 900+lbs |

Yeah....it's the damn Hondakawayamasuki pilots that do the squid see-saw in the turns and whack it wide open in the straights that are hard to pass. |

Better not have a fuel leak!! We have enough trucks going thru here spilling fuel and oil on the road. Next time I see one going thru leaving a trail, I may be tempted to light it. |

Do like I do and go in the fall so you can see through the trees a few turns ahead and then pass in the corner. I got by 5 Busa's in one turn that way. |

It was fun to watch there today! Tennessee troopers all over the place. I was riding my Uly, with a buddy on a red Nine Firebolt. We got hung behind a group of six slow moving cruisers, who we soon found out, were not all riding together. A hot shot on a new loud ass orange HD bagger one bike ahead of us, decided to pass two of the four in front of him. He was successful, but went almost nowhere. About ten turns later he feels it is worth the chance again and blatts out around the first two. I see a sign right there, it said "Do Not Pass". Just as he completes his pass, he has to turn off the road on to the right side pull off, the officers standing in the road watched him clear as day, passing and speeding. As Joe and I were riding back at the slowest pace I have ever lead on the Dragon without someone slow in front of me, we come to one of the 160 degree turns with two trooper cars in the outside of the corner. Coming at us is a blue Firebolt. Busted! Too fast. On come the blue lights taking down a Buell! Between the Dragon, Townsend, Maryville, Foothills Parkway, I saw at least eight Buells out there today. Including a Cyclone and a new to Buell, M2 owner at the Dragon store. So counting our two, at least ten out there today in proximity of the Dragon. |
