We lost Fritz!!!!!!!!!!!!! we changed the route added some miles to it I screwed up and didn't tell him so I am guessing he went down 3 and we went straight to 213 by the time I realised he was not on 213 I tried AND FAILED to meet him at 209 other than that the new route is much more open it is 100.3 miles from Quickway diner to the brauhaus the sweepers and chicanes on 55 , 55A and 213 are great the run through the valley is a little rough pavement wise we just dialed it down alittle gravel was in no short supply with all the rain which we got pummled in 1 quick 2 min downpour COLD RAIN TOO other than that very nice day |

Ok I posted the official route and times on the njbuellowners.com in rides and meets thread. I think I got the towns right this time. I would like to ride a controlled pace so i could use some help to set the paces as I can be somewhat of a retard with that stuff we were trying to run 3 styles a fast/spirited/out for the view thing I am trying to get someone to trail through with a pickup in case any problems small or large occur I also want to keep us in groups of no more than 5 even though we are running 3 potentail styles so anyone who can lead a group or would like to help out please let me know and we will set it up as needed Thanks guys |

Hey NY- A fellow NEBO is coming home from Afghanistan pretty soon and they're doing a benefit run from Indiana through to CT to raise some dollars for the brothers they lost on this rotation. Hop in at one of the meeting points along the route and ride with some honest-to-God American Heroes.

Anybody in the tri-state area have a Buell Vanson leather jacket in Large that I can try on??? I bought a used one off Ebay but it is extra large. It seems to fit great when standing but scrunches up (lots of extra room in chest/stomach area) when on the bike. -I recall seeing a similar ride that ended up at Stewart Airforce Base but it may have passed, i'll try to find it- |

Sunday morn 9/9:30 at 900 mountain ave middlesex NJ Gonna try to make a mid jersey.pa and up through NYstate ride beginings of a haevst fest ride through corn and WINE country let me know who is interested We were trying to get a big ride into different areas each month but I think , The catskill ramble, the harvest fest and your headless horseman run would be 3 bigger events per season we could try to hook up the groups for food and grog. |

Sorry Doz didn't notice that You would have liked this ride Sunday but I think if we can get this harvest ride off it will be fun as all hell not as demanding overall as catskills but way faster in spots depending how it comes out the corn fields get fast as all hell the hills and valleys are quick and tight the river is scenic when you can get your head up as Don will tend to keep me at least locked in most of the ride. Hope to see as many of you as possible Dave |

The powers that be have already begun work on it: "2009 will mark our 5th annual HHR! As always, the run will be held on the last Weekend before Hallowe'en, starting at Bear Mtn. in the Historic Hudson Valley... This will be a 2-day riding event, again. I hope that most of you can make it, this year, if not, though,. I understand. Please post to any relevant website, and note that the run site is up &...er...running, although in a limited mode, at this time. We will have it fully updated very shortly- Still some great shots there, at:" www.horsemanrun.us |

Doon, works for me. Weather can get iffy that time of year, so let's stay open for either day if you can and we can just do like we did last year. |
