Look at his instant MPG reading "--"!! That's about as sh!t as you can go ;+} BTW, 14,000 rpm at 0mph ;+}, ;+} Me thinks he was just turning on the key and the tach was cycling through it's full sweep. |

why would you want to rev the piss out of this motor. I agree with ccryder about the tach cycling. If you did get it to rev at 14000 rpm you motor is gonna be fu**ed very shortly. Jap 600's rev that high because they are inline 4's at 600 cc smaller parts are capable of moving faster |

reread...ok, or the other option is its just a bit screwed up this morning Me thinks he was just turning on the key and the tach was cycling through it's full sweep. try it, im pretty sure it doesnt sweep that far... it stops at 12 normally from what i remember. and no that wasnt a tach sweep. that was right as it banged the revlimiter. at idle it says 6000 rpm, lol. its just screwed up. i cycled the key half a dozen times to get it to zero out, but the tach still jumps weird a couple times before it does its sweep now when you turn on the bike i needed a new gauge cluster anyway because the digital display has some black spots starting in from the edges. almost looks like if you break the screen on a calculator or something but not as dark. one on the left is about the size of a nickel, and the one on the right is alot smaller but its there none the less |

It's the Hog Plague, similar to the swine flu, but originating in Milwaukee and mutated by way of East Troy. (Message edited by blake on September 02, 2009) |
