Author Message   Snackbar64 Posted on Tuesday, September 01, 2009 - 03:04 pm:        That loud fuel pump/buzzer/engine diagnostic sensor or whatever it is that comes on prior to the bike starting is what I am concerned about. The noise it makes now is very faint The bike seems to start fine and has a new battery. That faintness in the sound prompted me to think it was the battery. Any ideas. Is this mechanism going out? How long can I ride the bike like that?   Froggy Posted on Tuesday, September 01, 2009 - 03:16 pm:        It is your fuel pump. Some are loud, some are quiet, its perfectly normal.
