2001 Blast, just over 4,000 miles. New tires (Avon Viper Strykes, 140/70 rear, 110/70 front, maybe 500 miles on them), Jardine full system with insert, new front signals, LED rear signals, American Sport Bike sourced flasher relay, jetted carb, mirrors from my XB9S (much nicer than the stock Blast mirrors). REALLY nice orange pearl paint job (no flyscreen -- I like the look). Extra set of black bodywork (again, no flyscreen) bought to use while teaching niece and nephew to ride, so it's not exactly "pretty" (more like "don't care if it gets dropped"). I'll take pictures this coming Sunday that will be available for email. I bought it a little over a year ago for her, but she's decided that the back seat is more her thing for now. Fresh inspection and registration, clear title. Stated price is for Badwebbers -- I have listed it only on this forum for now. Give her a good home before I have to resort to Ebay/Craigslist... |

One of the pics I took in the blazing sun this afternoon. The paint has a pearl effect that really shows up well in the sun. I will be glad to email more pictures to anyone that cares to see them. Scott

How does it run? Oil consumption? |

It runs much better after the exhaust installation. I ride it to work occasionally in San Antonio traffic with no worries. Part-throttle acceleration improved the most, with a noticeable overall power increase. My dyno is a significant hill not far from my house that it used to lose speed on with the stock exhaust -- now it pulls that hill with no problem. I like the way it sounds. It definitely is NOT the air-compressor-like chuff of the stock system, while at the same time not overly loud. Oil use is minimal. IIRC, I've added maybe a cup since I've had it. PM me your email address and I'll send pics... |

I've had a couple of people ask for pics, but no one seems to be nibbling -- take a look, ask me some questions, let me send you the pictures. I'd rather it go to a Badwebber... |

Send an e-mail to Blake (Badweb owner). He might just be interested (unless he's already told you no). |
